The Trips Committee announced a new trip, scheduled for Wednesday, November 28.
This excursion will take participants to the Hudson River Museum where there will be a docent tour of Maya Lin: A River is a Drawing.
Maya Lin was awarded the 2016 Presidential Medal of Freedom and is best known as designer of the Viet Nam Memorial in Washington, D.C.
Also included will be Pin Reed River: Hudson Watershed and Folding the Hudson by the artist.
The Committee also announced that there is space available for the Nov. 14th Do Your Own Thing trip to the Met Museum and a Short Wait List for the Nov. 7th trip to the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Ridgefield, CT.
