On Sunday afternoon, Novemeber 4 the Dolce Ensemble makes its Kendal debut with a program of lively classical dance music by DeJonghe, Tchaikovsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, Stravinski and Prokofiev.
This string quartet has enjoyed great success throughout the U.S. and, indeed, much of the rest of the world. We would not advise your bringing your dancing shoes but you should be ready to hear some classical music that even Gene Kelly would enjoy.
