The WWAARC (Warren-Washington-Albany ARC) is respectfully committed to providing services, advocating for and offering opportunities to individuals with intellectual or other developmental disabilities and their families; by supporting them in the realization of their fullest potential. And for the past 30 years, Cynthia Ferguson has been part and parcel of their work, serving on WWAARC committees for over 30 years.
