The fire alarm that was set off last week was no test or training program. Also: no fire. Instead, it was due to a smoke condition in Adirondack. Given the old saying, “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire,” the fire department quickly arrived and handled the situation. No fire. The smoke was caused by a piece of equipment. Whew!
