The Kendal Swap Committee

This page has two parts. The first discusses the Kendal initiatives facilitating visits or swaps between Kendals. The second describes distinct features of Kendal on Hudson that might interest residents of other Kendals. To see the second part, simply keep scrolling down this page.

What is the Swap Program?

The Swap Committee, the newest committee at Kendal on Hudson, was formed in late 2015 in anticipation of the formal announcement at Kendal on Hudson on December 4, 2015 of two Kendal Corporation initiatives.

The first initiative will provide a Kendal Corporation website which is intended to enable one Kendal resident (at Kendal on Hudson, for example) to swap his residence with that of another Kendal resident (at Kendal at Ithaca, for example).

The second initiative is expected to provide a mechanism that would allow a Kendal resident (at Kendal at Ithaca, for example) to rent a residence at another Kendal facility (at Kendal on Hudson, for example).

Although Kendal Corporation will maintain the website, it is not expected that Kendal Corporation will have any role in the swap program and it is expected that Kendal residents will come to their own agreements about swapping with each other.
