Adirondack Balloon Festival
Autumn in the Adirondacks is amazing! The trees are all shades of red, orange and yellow; and it's awesome to watch the 100+ multi-shaped and multi-colored hot air balloons take flight during the Adirondack Balloon Festival, a series of free events, mostly held at the Warren County airport just outside of Lake George. The Festival will be held the week-end of September 20 - 23, 2018. Book early, if you wish to attend.
Click here for a terrific short video of the balloons in flight. When you get to the page, scroll down to the photo of a hot air balloon, and click on the white triangle in the red rectangle to play it. Enjoy.
