The new mixed-level yoga class which began recently will continue on Thursdays from 9:45 am to 10:45 am in the Fitness Studio on the T-Level.
Suzanne Cohen, who has been teaching yoga and meditation for more than 35 years, acts as instructor and leader. She has certification in teaching yoga to seniors.
Flow style yoga, which Instructor Cohen utilizes, is great for joints, developing strength, flexibility and balance.
"Meditation in motion" is part of the process. It helps establish emotional stability and clarity of mind.
