Beginning on June 28 a new meditation group will be forming. They will meet on Tuesdays from 9:30 to 10:00 directly after morning stretch and right before the Tuesday Morning Club.
After the briefest welcome, residents will meditate in silence for 25 minutes. The purpose: a moment of calm and serenity (together) in our busy and sometimes pressured lives.

The response will help to determine the location.
The Residents' Council has already approved this new interest group.
